The 21st Annual Conference of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy and Management and the Council Meeting of the Society is scheduled to be held on October 25-26, 2025 in Wuhan. This conference is hosted by the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy and Management, organized by the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and co-organized by the editorial departments of Research in Science and Technology Policy, Science Research Management, Science of Science and Management of S&T, and Innovation and Development Policy. Professor Fang Xin, the honorary chairperson of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy and Management, will serve as the chairperson of this annual conference, and Professor Mu Rongping, the chairperson of the Society, will serve as the chairperson of the conference's academic committee.

At the same time, English articles are also welcome. Papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for priority publication in Innovation and Development Policy.
