The 19th Annual Conference on China's Science and Technology Policy and Management and the Council of the Research Association will be heldOctober 21-22, 2023 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang--Zhejiang University (Zijingang Campus) held. The conference was sponsored by the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, and jointly organized by the School of Management of Zhejiang University, the Research Center for Innovation Management and Sustainable Competitiveness of Zhejiang University, and the School of Business Administration of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. The editorial department of Science Research, Scientific Research Management, Science and Technology Management and Innovation and Development Policy are co-sponsored.

Professor Fang Xin, honorary chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, served as the chairman of this annual meeting, and Professor Mu Rongping, chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, served as the chairman of the academic committee of the conference.

This conference will openly solicit papers, and outstanding papers will be selected anonymously by experts. The society will issue certificates and recommend them to be published in the journals of Scientific Research, Scientific Research Management and Science and Science and Technology Management according to the subject and journal requirements (papers not employed by journals will not affect contributions to other conferences or journals). At the same time, English articles are welcome to be submitted, and papers accepted at the conference will be recommended to 《Innovation and Development Policy》发表。
