This year's conference hot dialogue set two themes. The first theme of hot dialogue is "the construction of scientific and technological innovation system and deepening the reform of scientific and technological evaluation", which is presided over by Professor Li Shenghui, dean of the School of Public Administration of South China University of Technology.
