On November 30, 2020, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee conducted the 25th collective study to study and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in China. When presiding over the study, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, stressed that intellectual property protection is related to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, high-quality development, people's happiness, the overall situation of the country's opening up to the outside world, and national security. To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way, we must proceed from the height of national strategy and the requirements of entering the new stage of development, comprehensively strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, promote the construction of a modern economic system, stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society, and promote the construction of a new development pattern.
