On November 30, 2020, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee conducted the 25th collective study to study and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in China. When presiding over the study, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, stressed that intellectual property protection is related to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, high-quality development, people's happiness, the overall situation of the country's opening up to the outside world, and national security. The accepted papers will produce a collection of papers for the exchange of participants. Paper format requirements:

1. Submission papers should adhere to the correct political direction, clear theme, correct point of view, in line with academic norms;

2. This forum only accepts original papers that the author has not yet published;

3. The author please keep the manuscript properly and will not return it once submitted;

4. The number of words submitted to the paper is recommended to be controlled at 5,000-16,000 words. Please refer to the submission requirements of the journal Science Research for the writing format of the paper.
