In order to further strengthen the forward-looking research and judgment of science and technology, lead the original scientific research, and promote the self-reliance of science and technology, the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association is open to all branches and members of the Association, and scientific and technological workers in the field of science and technology policy, and solicit global concerns. Frontier scientific issues, engineering technical problems and industrial technical issues in the field of science and technology policy. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. solicitation time

From the day the notice is issued,Until 15 March 2022.

2. solicitation content and field

Facing the frontiers of science and technology in the world, facing the main economic battlefield, facing the major needs of the country, and facing the lives and health of the people, we will solicit frontier scientific issues, engineering and technical problems and industrial technology issues in the fields of science and technology policy that play a leading role in the future development of science and technology. Strengthen the collection of scientific and technological issues related to national strategic scientific and technological forces and strategic emerging industries, especially major basic research issues, key common technologies, cutting-edge leading technologies, modern engineering technologies, disruptive technologies, "stuck neck" technologies, and key technologies for promoting sustainable development, focusing on related issues and problems in the field of frontier cross-integration.

3. solicitation method

Each branch, member and scientific and technological workers in the field of science and technology policy can recommend 1 to 3 scientific and technological policy issues related to frontier scientific development, engineering technology and industrial technology.

4. job requirements

1. Deepen cooperation with foreign scientific and technological organizations, and encourage the United Nations foreign scientific and technological organizations to establish a collection and release mechanism for problems and problems in this field of the discipline.

2. Grasp the definition of problems and difficult problems, and put forward frontier scientific problems, engineering and technical problems and industrial and technical problems in the form of problems; Focus on the problems on the "point", in principle, the granularity of the problems should be refined to at least below the three-level disciplines; For problems that require both scientific principle innovation and engineering technology application innovation, further refinement can be considered; for cross-field, interdisciplinary and cross-integration problems, consider specific application areas and scenarios as appropriate.

3. All branches are encouraged to publish scientific problems and difficult problems in this discipline field, and this Association will establish a mechanism for publishing problems and difficult problems.
