Notice of "22nd National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation" (Third Round)
The "22nd National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation" originally scheduled for October 29-30, 2022 will be postponed to November 12-13, 2022, with the original venue unchanged.
In May 2021, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Tenth National Congress of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology. He once again emphasized that based on the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, building a new development pattern, and promoting high-quality development. In-depth implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, and the innovation-driven strategy, improve the national innovation system, accelerate the construction of science and technology, to achieve a high level. Self-reliance in science and technology is the requirement of the times for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way under the great changes unseen in the world in a century. Towards the goal of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, how does the science and technology evaluation as a baton play a role in it? This is a hot issue that researchers and science and technology managers in the field of science and technology evaluation are concerned about. To this end, the theme of the 22nd National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation is set"Science and technology evaluation under the background of self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology"It is hoped that the scientific and technological community will discuss the theory and practice of relevant academic issues, share relevant progress and experience, and put forward useful opinions and suggestions. The meeting will invite experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Fund Committee, the Academy of Military Sciences and other departments (institutions) to make special reports on the progress and practice of science and technology evaluation by departments (institutions).

Contents of 3. Meeting and Notice of Essay
The theme of the "22nd National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation" is set as "Science and Technology Evaluation under the Background of Science and Technology Self-reliance". The content of the essay includes (but is not limited to): the theory, method, policy, and practice of science and technology evaluation, it specifically includes the evaluation of scientific research institutions, the evaluation of scientific research projects and plans, the evaluation of scientific and technological talents, the evaluation of universities, the evaluation of enterprises, the evaluation of innovation ability, the evaluation of technology management and technology, the evaluation and governance of innovation ability of enterprises and alliances, the evaluation of regional innovation and innovation network, and the evaluation of high-quality development of regional economy and society.
Submission requirements:
1. Conference papers should not exceed 14000 words. Summary of 300-350 words. Each paper should have the title, author's name, unit, key words and abstract.
2. The format of the paper specifically refers to the requirements of the submission format of the journal "Scientific Research Management.
3. Contribution channel: Please send the abstract and full text of the paper to the submission mailbox for kygl@casipm.ac.cn, log on to the "Scientific Research Management" periodical submission system (www.kygl.net.cn), and submit the paper to the column of "22nd National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation.
4. Please name the attachment of the contribution: the author's contribution unit

High-level academic papers with important original ideas will be recommend to the journal Research Management. Both abstract and full-text contributions can be submitted to the conference, but full-text academic papers must be submitted to participate in the selection of high-level papers.

5. Conference Registration
Participants can scan the two-dimensional code at the end of the article to fill in the registration information for registration, which is convenient for counting the number of people and arranging accommodation. Successful registration is subject to the e-mail received from the conference team. The registration fee for the meeting is 1200 yuan/person and 1000 yuan/person for students (200 yuan/person is exempted for early bird registration and accommodation is guaranteed). Registration fees include conference meals and information, transportation and accommodation.
The registration fee has two payment methods: remittance to the General Assembly account in advance (please note "name meeting name registration fee" for remittance) and on-site payment. If the payment is made before September 20 (early bird registration), please remit the money to the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, which will issue an invoice. After September 20, the on-site payment will be made, and South China University of Technology will issue an invoice for the registration fee.
