In order to encourage Chinese science and technology policy scholars to devote themselves to academic research, serve social development, make outstanding achievements, and promote the development of science and technology policy research, the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association has established the "China Science and Technology Policy Research Association" Lifetime Achievement Scholar "" China Science and Technology Policy Research Associationoutstanding contribution scholars"Outstanding Young Scholar of China Science and Technology Policy Research Association". The recommendation of the 2022 annual scholar candidates will be launched today. On the basis of the recommended candidates, the selection committee will select the corresponding scholars (no more than 2 outstanding contribution scholars and no more than 3 outstanding young scholars), and the certificate will be issued at the 18th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Annual Conference.

In order to do a good job in this recommendation, we hereby notify you as follows:

1. recommended content

The annual scholars who accept the recommended candidates are "outstanding contribution scholars of China Science and Technology Policy Research Association" and "outstanding young scholars of China Science and Technology Policy Research Association".

"Lifetime Achievement Scholar of China Science and Technology Policy Research Association" is recommended by the Director's Office.

2. recommended way

Each professional committee and each working committee of the (I) may recommend one candidate each.

(II) each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) Science and Technology Policy Research Association can recommend one candidate.

(III) seven directors may jointly recommend one candidate. Each director may recommend only one candidate.

The (IV) recommendation institution or recommender shall independently fill in the Recommendation Letter of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy to introduce in detail and objectively evaluate the situation of the recommended person.

3. Selection Conditions

Outstanding Contributing Scholar of (I) China Science and Technology Policy Research Association

Candidates should be scholars who have put forward creative and influential research results in the field of science or science and technology policy research, made significant contributions to the research society, and promoted the development of the subject field. At the same time, they should be members who have joined the research society for more than one year.

Outstanding Young Scholar of (II) China Science and Technology Policy Research Association

Candidates should be young members who have made significant contributions and achieved important results in the field of science or science and technology policy research, and have frequently participated in the activities of the research society and joined the research society for more than one year. The winner of the honorary title was not more than 45 years old (born after December 31, 1976).

4. relevant requirements

Each recommending institution or recommender shall fill in the Recommendation Letter of China Society for Science and Technology Policy (Annex 1) according to the recommendation requirements. Summarize the recommended materials of the department, fill in the Summary of Recommended Candidates (Annex 2), and affix the official seal or signature. All recommending departments or recommenders are requested to complete the recommendation work before October 17, 2022, and submit the relevant recommended materials in duplicate and in electronic form to the Secretariat.
