The Institute participates as a global regional partner of Elsevier in the "Letter of Research" project
On July 13, 2022, Elsevier announced that it would launch globally"Letter of Scientific Research" Independent Research Project.China Science and Technology Policy Research AssociationAs one of Elsevier's six global regional partners, the two sides reached a consensus on cooperation. In the future, on the one hand, the Research Society will provide a full range of implementation recommendations for the "Scientific Research Letter" project through an expert advisory committee; on the other hand, it will co-organize an expert roundtable with Elsevier to review the research results from a local perspective. Discuss the feasible suggestions put forward by the project.
As an international independent research project, "Letter of Scientific Research" aims to understand the changes in public attention to scientific research in the post-epidemic era through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with experts of about 3000 researchers around the world. The main factors that affect scientific research confidence in scientific research, track the behavior characteristics of scientific research personnel in conducting scientific research and disseminating scientific research results, and promote multi-party cooperation to carry out a series of actions based on this insight, help researchers to promote knowledge development and benefit society. The project has received extensive attention from all walks of life, and media such as China Economic Observer, Economic Daily, China Daily, Sohu, NetEase, and Phoenix have successively reported.
