The 18th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Annual Conference and Research Council Meeting (Third Round of Notice)
The 18th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Academic Conference and Research Council, originally scheduled to be held in Hangzhou from October 15 to 16, 2022, was adjusted5-6 November 2022Held.
The conference was sponsored by the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, hosted by the School of Management of Zhejiang University, and co-sponsored by the editorial departments of Science Research, Scientific Research Management, Science and Science and Technology Management and Innovation and Development Policy (international journal, funded by the International influence Promotion Program of China Science and Technology Journals).

The conference will be selected for outstanding papers. The outstanding papers selected anonymously by experts will be awarded certificates by the society and recommended to be published in the journals of scientific research, scientific research management and science and technology management according to the theme and journal requirements. English articles are welcome to be submitted, and the participating papers will be published in Innovation and Development Policy first.
The theme of this conference is"Reform of Science and Technology System and Construction of National Innovation Governance System", to explore the challenges, paths and countermeasures of the reform of the scientific and technological system and the construction of the national innovation governance system for high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and innovation transformation in the new era, and to exchange cutting-edge academic achievements and domestic practical experience from the three levels of strategy, policy, and management., Share new ideas, new methods and new measures to deal with new requirements, and contribute wisdom to the promotion of the 14th Five-year Plan and medium and long-term development.
