Abstract:The standardized management methods and means due to socialized mass production are actually applicable to scientific research departments engaged in knowledge production. With the deepening of scientific research activities such as "big science", "big project" and cross-border crossing, scientific research activities also need to adopt the standardization principle of "unification, simplification, coordination and optimization" to promote the construction of scientific research behavior norms and quality management system. On the basis of expounding the necessity and feasibility of standardized management of scientific research activities, this paper discusses the connotation of standardized management of scientific research activities and its role in scientific and technological innovation, and holds that while implementing standardized management of various scientific research organizations and implementing process management of scientific research projects, it is necessary to standardize the code of conduct of scientific research personnel, and discusses the management framework of standardized management of scientific research activities, that is to improve the standardization organization structure of scientific research activities, build a standardized document system, clarify the responsibilities of scientific research personnel standardization, strengthen the application of scientific research standardization information system, and build a standardized management system for scientific research activities in China.

With the development of "big science", "big project" and interdisciplinary and cross-border cooperation, scientific research activities also need to adopt the basic principles of "unification, simplification, coordination and optimization" to promote the construction of scientific research behavior norms and quality management system. On the basis of expounding the necessity and feasibility of the standardization management of scientific research activities, this paper discusses the connotation of the standardization management of scientific research activities and its role in the development of scientific and technological innovation. This paper also discusses the management framework of standardization of scientific research activities from the aspects of standardization of scientific research organization, standardization of scientific research behavior and process management of scientific research objects. Finally, combined with the characteristics of scientific research activities, the paper puts forward the promotion strategies of the standardization system of scientific research activities in China, that is, to improve the organizational structure of scientific research activities standardization, to build a standardized document system, to clarify the standardization responsibilities of scientific research personnel, to strengthen the construction of scientific research management standardization system, and to gradually promote the construction of scientific research activities standardization management system in China.
