The 19th National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation will be held in Chongqing from September 20 to 22, 2019. The conference was hosted by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, the Science and Technology Management and Evaluation Professional Committee of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and the editorial department of "Scientific Research Management", and undertaken by Chongqing Technology and Business University and the Management Innovation and Evaluation Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The conference was chaired by researcher Mu Rongping, Chairman of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy, Professor Zhang Zongyi, President of Chongqing University, Professor Zhang Weiguo, President of Southwest University, and Professor Sun Fangcheng, President of Chongqing Technology and Business University. Researcher Li Xiaoxuan, director of the Science and Technology Management and Evaluation Professional Committee, served as the chairman of the academic committee of the conference. The meeting will invite experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Military Sciences, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other departments to make special reports based on their departmental science and technology assessment needs and practices.
The outstanding papers selected by the conference will be issued by the conference and published in the journal of scientific research management.

The theme of the 19th National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation is set as "Science and Technology Evaluation and Regional Coordinated Development Strategy", it focuses on the theoretical progress and practical experience in the evaluation theory and method of scientific and technological innovation, the strategy and path of scientific and technological innovation, the science of scientific and technological policy, the strategy of regional coordinated development, the evaluation and analysis of regional innovation and regional economic and social development, the comprehensive evaluation of regional economic quality development, the evaluation and governance of innovation network, the evaluation and governance of scientific and technological talents and scientific and technological teams, and the evaluation and governance of innovation capability of enterprises and alliances.

1. Conference papers should not exceed 8000 words. Summary of 100-200 words. Each paper should have the title, author's name, unit, key words and abstract.

5. The submitted papers will be strictly reviewed by experts organized by the organizing committee of the conference. The outstanding papers selected by the conference will be published in the journal "Scientific Research Management" after being revised according to the journal standards of "Scientific Research Management", and the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association will be awarded Excellent Paper Certificate. All papers to be published in the main issue are to be communicated at the conference.
4. Conference Registration
Participants should send the attendance receipt to the 874696432@qq.com for registration, which is convenient for counting the number of people and arranging accommodation. The registration fee for the meeting is 1200 yuan/person and 1000 yuan/person for students (early bird registration is exempted from 200 yuan and accommodation is guaranteed). The registration fee includes conference meals and information. Transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by oneself.
The registration fee is paid in advance to the account of the General Assembly (please note "Name 19th Science and Technology Evaluation Conference" for remittance) and on-site payment. If the payment is made before August 1 (early bird registration), please remit the money to the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, which will issue an invoice. After August 1, the on-site payment will be made, and chongqing technology and business university will issue an invoice for the registration fee of the meeting.
