The China Youth Innovation Forum is a professional academic forum for young scholars sponsored by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association and hosted by the Youth Working Committee of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association. It has been organized by Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Fudan University and South China University of Technology respectively hosted the 6th to 10th China Youth Innovation Forum. The 11th (2019 ') China Youth Innovation Forum hosted by Zhejiang University of Technology will be held in Hangzhou from August 17 to 18, 2019. The theme of this forum is "Research on Innovation Management in the Context of Digital Economy". This forum will continue to adhere to the conference principle of "high-level, strong academic and cutting-edge" and carry forward the conference purpose of "active innovative thinking, follow up international cutting-edge, exchange academic ideas, promote cooperation and improvement, and promote the development of China's innovative research". In addition to the theme report and sub-forum report of the conference, it is also planned to arrange a 2019 summer workshop on innovative management research methods (scheduled to be held in Zhejiang University of Technology from August 19 to 23), famous scholars in the field of innovation management in China are invited to share the theoretical and practical experience of innovation management research methods, and to discuss topics related to international journal publications and platform economic innovation.

1. Conference registration fee: the registration fee for teachers' representatives is 800 yuan/person, and the registration fee for full-time graduate students' representatives is 400 yuan/person (student ID card is required for registration). The registration fee includes conference meals, venue fees, information fees, etc.
2. Transportation and accommodation expenses: During the meeting, transportation and accommodation expenses shall be paid by itself, and the conference team may book accommodation on behalf of the participants according to their needs.

       1Requirements for Thesis
The papers of the Youth Innovation Forum can be written in both Chinese and English, but the English papers required to participate in the workshop paper review must submit the full text. In principle, the length of the papers should be controlled at 5000-10000 words. The writing of the papers should refer to the format requirements of the attachment.
