Around the theme of "innovation-driven high-quality development", experts expressed wonderful views. Professor Mei Meng put forward the view of "smart entrepreneurship, happiness and innovation" from the experience of founding Tsinghua Science and Technology Park. He believes that fun is productivity, and entrepreneurs should be interesting people and people with high music business. Professor Li Lianshui made a report entitled "made in China from the integration of industrialization and industrialization to innovation leading". He pointed out that the scale of made in China has grown miraculously in the past 40 years, but there are problems of weak technological innovation ability and low resource utilization efficiency. The key to high-quality development and breakthrough lies in intelligent manufacturing. He compared the development process of manufacturing intelligence in the world and China and found that each stage of manufacturing intelligence in the world takes a long time, and the long-term technology accumulation is fully prepared for the next stage of transition. However, the intellectualization of China's manufacturing industry starts with the guidance of national policy documents. The initial stage has a long time span, but after learning, introducing, digesting, absorbing and innovating, it will develop rapidly once it jumps over. Looking forward to the prospect of China's intelligent manufacturing, he believes that China will become the maker and important leader of the world's intelligent manufacturing standards.
                                                             
Researcher Li Xinnan reviewed the background of the national strategy of innovation-driven development and pointed out that innovation-driven is essentially the industrialization of large-scale scientific and technological achievements. Industrial innovation must be supported by industrial chain and innovation chain. He particularly stressed that industrial innovation should stress social responsibility and pay equal attention to economic and social benefits. Professor Yuan Jianhong believes that the innovation of enterprises is the result of the interaction between the internal ability of enterprises and the external environment of enterprises.
