The annual working meeting of the research association and the enlarged meeting of the standing council are scheduled to be held at sun yat-sen university from March 30 to 31, 2019 to study and arrange the annual work for 2019.
All executive directors are invited to attend the meeting, and the heads of professional committees and working committees are invited to attend and prepare the 2018 work summary and 2019 work plan report (15 minutes). Please return the receipt of attendance before February 15 (see attachment).
The secretariat has sent the required forms for annual statistics of the China Association for Science and Technology to the special committees on December 18, asking the heads or contacts of the special committees to check them and give feedback before January 15. According to the "Measures for the Assessment of Branches of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy", the secretariat will conduct a trial evaluation of the special committees based on this statistical table.
