On June 9, the 7th Technology Innovation Roundtable of the Technology Innovation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy was held at Tsinghua University. This round table is sponsored by the Technology Innovation Committee and undertaken by the Technology Innovation Research Center of Tsinghua University. Researcher Chen Guang, Secretary-General of the China Science and Technology Policy Committee, Academician Sun Yongfu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and representatives of the theoretical and industrial circles were specially invited, a total of more than 50 people attended the forum.

The theme of this round table is "Industrial Technology Innovation Organization in Practice: New Models, New Trends", summarizing the experience of the construction of new industrial technology innovation organizations, and discussing the path and countermeasures for further development. There are mainly three levels of industrial technology innovation organizations discussed in the round table: national technology innovation center, manufacturing innovation center, regional industrial technology innovation organizations such as industrial research institutes, and innovation centers of leading enterprises. Although the forms are diverse in practice, the common ground is industry-university-research cooperation, relying on enterprise construction.

At the meeting, researcher Li Xinnan, director of the special committee on technological innovation, made an opening speech, introducing the theme of the meeting and the purpose of the round table: free exploration, equal exchange, expressing their own opinions, and pragmatic seeking truth; Zhang Hongshi, a researcher from the development research center of the State Council, made a speech entitled "problems and ways out-several problems in the organization and implementation of innovation driven strategy", Discussed some problems in the process of industrial technology innovation; professor Chen Jin of Tsinghua University discussed the role of leading enterprises in industrial innovation around "building a world-class R & D organization"; Director Liu Xiangwen of the Alibaba DAMO Academy introduced the ideas and models of Dharma Academy; Researcher Xu Yadin of Tsinghua University reported "Looking at Innovation from an Evidence-Based Perspective-Betting on the Next Growth Engine of Enterprises" and introduced Siemens' technological innovation practice; researcher Li Xiaoping of Wuhan Intelligent Equipment Research Institute gave a keynote speech entitled "The Exploration of Industrial Technology Research Institute to Promote Technological Innovation", introducing the practical exploration of regional industrial innovation organizations; researcher Zhang Chidong of China Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy introduced The Ministry of Science and Technology has some thoughts on promoting the construction of the National Technology Innovation Center. Professor Zhang Bihui, former executive vice chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, researcher Chen Guang, secretary general of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and researcher Wu Haihua, secretary general of the Agricultural equipment Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and other experts made comments and speeches.

Wang Xiaodong, director of the General Department of Intelligent Enterprise of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group, reported "thinking on the construction and innovation of group-level intelligent enterprises" and introduced the technological innovation mode of Aerospace Science and Industry Group; professor Xiao Guangling of Tsinghua University's report is "Innovation and Development of China's High-speed Rail Industry", which puts forward the achievements and challenges of high-speed rail industry innovation; the report of researcher Zhang Yuhua of Anhui Technological Innovation Promotion Association is "Enterprise Technological Innovation System and Innovation System", Introduce how to evaluate enterprise technological innovation from a system perspective. Professor Chen Yalan of Fuzhou University, researcher Wen Ke of the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Consulting of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other experts commented.
