The first part is the preface, which generally introduces the development process of China's science research and China Science and Technology Policy Research Association. The second part is an overview of the research association, which is introduced from three aspects: the research association, the board of directors and the internal organizational structure. The third part is a review of the 2017 annual work, which is reviewed from three aspects: academic exchange, decision-making consultation and academic journals; the fourth part is the annual financial report.
