Co-sponsored by the Professional Committee of Science Theory and Discipline Construction of the Chinese Society for Science and Science and Technology Policy and the Professional Committee of Science and Technology of the Chinese Society for Dialectics of Nature, it is co-sponsored by Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology, Zhejiang University, University of Science and Technology of China, Fuzhou University, Henan Normal University and other institutions, and undertaken by Henan Normal University. The 7th National Science Theory and Discipline Construction and Science and Technology Committee Joint Annual Meeting will be held in Xinxiang City, Henan.

The conference implements the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, guided by the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing", insists that innovation is the first driving force for development, and in-depth development of science and technology policy, science and technology, Scientific metrology, as well as theoretical and applied seminars on technological innovation, industrial development, and social progress, summarize theoretical results, explore ways of application, and discuss discipline development plans, make science and science and technology research play an important role in the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, and make new contributions to the national economic and social development during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.

3. essay requirements
Paper please use word document entry, including: paper title, author name, work unit, abstract, keywords, text. The abstract is about 300 words, with less than 5 keywords. The file name format for submitting Word documents is: name-paper title. Please write the paper according to the requirements of the paper template (see Annex 2 for the paper template). Conference recruitment papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

4. Time Window
Before August 10, 2016: Submit abstracts of conference papers
Before September 25, 2016: Submit the full text of the conference paper
Before October 12, 2016: Submit receipt and accommodation reservation

5. Conference Registration
The meeting fee is 800 yuan, and the graduate student with no salary income is 400 yuan, which is paid on the spot when reporting for registration. Accommodation and round-trip transportation expenses shall be borne by oneself and reimbursed by the unit. The format of receipt submission is: Meeting Receipt-name of participant.
