The theme of this forum is "supply side structural reform and innovation driven development".

2. Conference Features
(1) High-end youth. Participants included young directors of the Science and Technology Policy Research Association and young scholars engaged in innovative research in universities and scientific research institutions; experts and scholars from government management departments engaged in the design and formulation of science and technology policies.
(2) Academic. The conference took academic quality as the first principle, and focused on the frontier issues of "supply-side structural reform and innovation-driven development. Excellent conference papers will be published in the journal Science Research.

1. Meeting time: August 15 (Tuesday) and 16 (Wednesday), 2017. On the afternoon of August 14, please go through the check-in formalities. Please take the representative to the check-in place by yourself.

5. conference costs
1. Meeting Registration Fee: The registration fee for this meeting is 900 yuan (excluding accommodation and travel expenses), which shall be paid at the meeting registration site. Registration fees include conference meals, venue fees, information fees, etc.
2. Transportation and accommodation expenses: During the meeting, transportation and accommodation expenses shall be paid by itself, and the conference team may book accommodation on behalf of the participants according to their needs.
3. For outstanding doctoral students and young teachers who have no scientific research project support within two years after graduation, it is planned to subsidize part of the representative transportation, accommodation and other expenses according to the personal application materials. The application materials include personal application letter, personal resume and full text of thesis.
