In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of inter-regional technology foresight research and further play the important role of technology foresight in science and technology management and decision-making, the "11th National Technology Foresight Symposium" co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy, the Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Policy Technology Foresight Professional Committee is scheduled to be held in Hangzhou from October 20 to 21, 2016.

1. conference theme and content
With the theme of "Technology Foresight: Innovation Driven and Industrial Change Trend", the conference discussed the supporting role of technology foresight in promoting the construction of an innovative country, and strengthened in-depth research on technology maturity prediction, technology roadmap research, and competitive intelligence. Grasp the future development trend of science and technology, and enhance the exchange of technology foresight methods, practices and applications.

The meeting will invite relevant leaders and well-known experts and scholars from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and local science and technology authorities, science and technology management and policy research institutions, universities, and scientific research institutions.

3. Conference Essay
The papers hired by the conference will be included in the conference proceedings (see Annex 1 for details); the conference will organize experts to select outstanding papers, and issue outstanding conference paper certificates during the conference, and according to the situation of the papers, recommend to "Science Research", "Science and Science" "Technology Management", "Science and Technology Progress and Countermeasures", "China Science and Technology Forum", "World Science" and other magazines. Please be sure to submit the paper on time, so as not to affect the paper included in the conference paper collection.
