Notice of the Seventh Cross-Strait Regional Development Forum in 2016
Following the context of the previous six Cross-Strait Regional Development Forums, the 7th Cross-Strait Regional Development Forum takes innovation and sustainable development as the theme, focuses on innovation-driven sustainable development theory and practice issues, integrates the wisdom of cross-strait industry-university-research experts, and discusses multiple cross-strait departments
Following the context of the previous six Cross-Strait Regional Development Forums, the Seventh Cross-Strait Regional Development Forum takes innovation and sustainable development as the theme, focuses on the theoretical and practical issues of innovation-driven sustainable development, integrates the wisdom of cross-strait industry-university-research experts, and discusses cross-strait multi-departments, Multi-agent, cross-field collaborative innovation orientation, put forward suggestions for further opening up and cooperation in cross-strait regional innovation. The China Science and Technology Policy Research Association and Taiwan Donghai University are scheduled to hold the 7th Cross-Strait Regional Development Forum at Donghai University in Taichung City on December 5-7, 2016.
1. Forum Themes
The topics of the forum include social design and urban and rural development related to innovation and sustainable development, intelligent manufacturing and industrial transformation, sustainable life and social security, sustainable philosophy and sustainable governance. Topics include but are not limited:

(V) comprehensive discussion
The two sides sent representatives to put forward directions and suggestions on the theme of the meeting, policy projects and the development of the forum.

3. Registration fee: 2200 yuan (including accommodation and transportation during the meeting). Special guests are exempt from registration fee.
5. Paper Format
(I) Paper Title (Article Title)
1. Have Chinese and English titles; 2. Briefly reflect the content of the paper; 3. Include the main keywords.
(II) Author (Author)
1. The author's name in Chinese and English; 2. The author's service organization.
(III) Summary (Abstract)
1. Have Chinese and English abstracts, Chinese content is the Chinese abstract before the text, English abstract at the end of the text; English content is the English abstract before the text, Chinese abstract at the end of the text.
2. The content should cover the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the research, and the key words should be included as much as possible to highlight the theme of the paper.
3. The principle is no more than 500 words.
(IV) keywords (Keyword)
There are 3-5 keywords in Chinese and English, which are listed under the Chinese and English abstracts respectively.
(V) body (Text)
(VI) references (Reference)
1. Complete bibliographic data must be available and the reference writing format of each paper is consistent.
2. The serial number shall be marked in the order in which each reference data is first cited in the text.
3. If the references are journal articles, they may be written in the following order:
(1) Author's name (2) Paper title (3) Journal title (4) Publication year (5) Volume issue number (6) Pages. For example:

(VII) attached drawings and schedules (Illustration, Table)
1. The chart should be noted that it can still be complete and clear after shrink printing.
2. The description of the chart shall be clear, and the words, figures and symbols used shall be consistent with the Chinese language.
3. If you refer to someone else's chart, you must indicate the data source.
