The measures for the implementation of the system reform of the editorial department of newspapers and periodicals sounded a new clarion call for the system reform of periodical publishing units; some opinions on accelerating the development of China's digital publishing industry once again accelerated the pace of transformation from traditional publishing mode to digital publishing mode. As an important part of the publishing industry, periodicals are an important tool and platform for today's social and cultural development, academic exchanges, and information dissemination. In the current wave of deepening reforms, periodicals should seize the precious opportunity, forge ahead, and dare to be the first in the publishing industry.
