2013 Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management and Policy Doctoral Forum Essay Notice

As a group of young scholars with the most innovative spirit, doctoral students are the backbone of the future development of both sides of the Taiwan Strait. In order to promote mutual understanding and exchanges between young scholars on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the "Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management and Policy Doctoral Forum" jointly initiated and hosted by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association and the Taiwan Chinese Science and Technology Management Association will be held in September 2013 Held in Beijing from 8 to 9.

The forum mainly carries out exchanges and discussions on the theory and practice of cross-strait science and technology innovation policy and management, as well as the successful experience and problems faced by industrial and regional innovation and development, so as to promote the interaction and exchange of young students on both sides of the strait. it is of great and positive significance to the future development of science and technology, economy and industry on both sides of the strait.

The forum solicits papers for doctoral students on the following topics:
1) Science, Technology and Innovation Policy
2) Industrial innovation and development
3) Regional Innovative Development
4) cross-strait interactive development
5) Service innovation and development

This conference is free of registration fees, and excellent papers will be recommended for publication in the journals of Scientific Research, Scientific Research Management and Science and Technology Policy Management.
The deadline for submission of paper titles and abstracts is August 20, 2013, and the deadline for paper employment notice and confirmation of participation is September 1, 2013. The requirements for writing papers should be in accordance with the requirements for submission of scientific research.
