Notice on the convening of the "first network credit theory, technology and policy seminar".

With the rapid development of global e-commerce, the credit problems related to online transactions are increasingly perplexing the further development of e-commerce in depth and breadth, and have become a hot spot of widespread concern in society and academia. With the rapid development of global e-commerce, the credit problems related to online transactions are increasingly perplexing the further development of e-commerce in depth and breadth, and have become a hot spot of widespread concern in society and academia. Scholars and practitioners at home and abroad have conducted a lot of discussions on the issue of network credit, and have achieved fruitful research results and experience. In order to promote the exchange and construction of network credit research community, integrate the results and wisdom of network credit research and application, and improve the level of network credit research and management practice. The Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy, the Ali Research Center, the editorial department of Scientific Research Management, and the Alibaba Business School of Hangzhou normal University decided to hold the "first Symposium on Network Credit Theory, Technology and Policy" in Hangzhou from October 27 to 28, 2012 ". The conference sincerely invites domestic experts, scholars and practitioners in the field of online credit to discuss and communicate on the outstanding issues of current e-commerce credit. Submitted papers related:
1. Participating scholars must submit a representative paper on e-commerce credit theory, technology and policy. The paper should be sent to the kygl@casipm.ac.cn mailbox in word format. The file name should be marked as "First Author Name Abstract" and "First Author Name Paper".
2. The papers submitted will be strictly reviewed by experts organized by the organizing committee of the conference, and the papers admitted to the conference will be divided into excellent papers and qualified papers. Excellent papers will be published in the journal "Scientific Research Management" and the certificate of excellent papers issued by the China Society of Science and Science and Technology Policy will be issued. Qualified papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and some of them will be published in the special issue of "Scientific Research Management" (a page fee of 1000 yuan will be charged).
3. Requirements for writing papers: papers should not exceed 8000 words. Summary of 100-200 words. Each paper should have the title, author's name, unit, key words and abstract. Article typesetting format according to the "scientific research management" article requirements.

Participation related:
1. Registration: Please fill in the registration receipt form in detail and send the meeting receipt to the conference team before June 30, 2012. The conference team will reserve meeting seats and learning materials according to the number of applicants. After receiving the registration form, we will send a registration notice 20 days before the meeting, informing the specific meeting place, accommodation, schedule and other specific matters.
2. Relevant expenses: the registration fee for the meeting is 800 yuan/person, and the student 400 yuan/person (student ID card for registration). The registration fee includes the meeting meal fee and information fee. Accommodation and accommodation shall be arranged in a unified way, and the expenses shall be borne by oneself.
