Notice on holding "Evidence-based Science Policy Research Seminar"

The China Institute of Science and Technology Information, Elsevier (Elsevier) Company, and the Scientometrics and Information Metrology Professional Committee of the China Society for Science and Technology Policy will jointly hold the "Evidence-based Science and Technology Policy Research Seminar" in Beijing on March 28, 2012 ".
The conference is mainly aimed at science and technology policy researchers and members of the professional committee of scientometrics and information metrology of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association. Experts in the field of science and technology policy at home and abroad will be invited to deeply discuss the problem of carrying out science and technology policy research based on evidence, and how to apply quantitative analysis methods to science and technology policy, journal evaluation, university evaluation and other related topics, in order to improve the research level of China's science and technology policy and technology evaluation, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.

Each unit may send relevant personnel to attend upon receipt of the notice (in principle, each unit shall have no more than two persons). Please refer to the annex for details.
