The "11th National Symposium on Science and Technology Evaluation" will be held in Chongqing University from November 5 to 6, 2011 (Saturday and Sunday). The conference will invite well-known experts and scholars and relevant responsible persons in science and technology evaluation and university evaluation. This seminar mainly combines the national and local science and technology development plans for the 12th Five-Year Plan to discuss the key, hot and difficult issues in the field of science and technology evaluation, university evaluation, science fund project funding review, and science and technology policy.

Conference registration and check-in

2. Place of check-in and accommodation: Keyuan Hotel, Chongqing University
3. Transportation: about 40 minutes' drive from the railway station, taxi fare is about 30 yuan; about 40 minutes' drive from the airport (highway), taxi fare is the lowest 80 yuan (including bridge toll).
4. Expenses: 800 yuan/person for conference registration and 600 yuan/person for students (please show your student ID card when registering). The registration fee includes conference meals and information. Transportation and accommodation expenses shall be paid by oneself.

If the author is unable to attend the conference, the paper will be considered for non-inclusion in the journal and the collection of papers. Paper Submission
Please send the conference abstract and paper to the kjpj2011@163.com mailbox in WORD format. Please mark the file names as "first author name abstract" and "first author name paper".
The papers submitted will be strictly reviewed by experts organized by the organizing committee of the conference, and the papers admitted to the conference will be divided into excellent papers and qualified papers. Excellent papers will be published in "Scientific Research Management" and the certificate of excellent papers issued by the China Society of Science and Science and Technology Policy will be issued. Qualified papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and some of them will be published in the special issue of "Scientific Research Management" (a page fee of 500 yuan will be charged).

Paper writing requirements
The paper should not exceed 8000 words. Summary of 100-200 words. Each paper should have the title, author's name, unit, key words and abstract. The basic requirements are as follows:

Margins: the top and left margins of the page are 3cm respectively, and the bottom and right margins are 2.5cm respectively

Deadline
At the request of the participants, the deadline has been adjusted:
September 20, 2011: Meeting summary submission deadline.
October 15, 2011: Conference paper submission deadline.
October 20, 2011: Conference and housing bookings close. (Please send back your accommodation receipt as soon as possible so that you can book your room in advance. The hotel will arrange your accommodation according to the reservation and enjoy the conference price: standard room 228 yuan/day, business single room (with computer) 318 yuan/day, small single room 228 yuan/day.)

Visit and study activities
Divided into two groups of routes:
The first group (afternoon of the 6th): half-day sightseeing in the city (Huguang Guild Hall, Ciqikou, Zhazidong, White House Pavilion).
The second group (7 days): Guang'an Deng Xiaoping's former residence one-day tour or Wulong karst landform (world geological heritage) one-day tour. It is estimated that the conference fee will be increased by 300 yuan.
