Notice of Extension of the Sixth Annual Conference of China's Science and Technology Policy and Management and Council Meeting of the Research Association

The 6th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Academic Conference and Research Council, originally scheduled to be held from 16 to 17, 2010, was postponed to December 4 to 5, 2010. The venue and agenda of the meeting will remain unchanged. The deadline for submission and receipt of the full text of the paper will be November 10, and the deadline for acceptance notice and confirmation of participation will be November 20, 2010.

The theme of the conference was "Green Growth-Oriented Innovation Strategies and Policies"

Venue: Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing

The main topics of the meeting were:
1. Hot and difficult issues in the 12th Five-Year Plan
related to innovation-driven national development strategies and policies, the characteristics, paths and strategies of low-carbon development,
Innovation strategy, policy and management in the field of energy, environment and sustainable development.
2. Construction of national innovation system and innovation of scientific and technological system and mechanism
It involves the new theoretical progress and empirical research of the national innovation system, the achievements of the reform of the scientific and technological system and the next development direction.
3. Enterprise innovation capacity building and innovation performance measurement.
It involves the measurement of enterprise innovation performance, strategic industrial technology innovation strategy and policy, etc.
4 Regional and social development
Involving scientific and technological innovation and regional development, the theory and practice of the construction of innovative cities and innovative parks, etc.
5. Theory and discipline construction of science of science
It involves the theoretical progress and research methods of science and science and technology, and the theory and method of science and technology planning.

The conference was sponsored by the Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and co-organized by the editorial department of Science Research, Scientific Research Management and Science and Technology Management.
Professor Fang Xin, deputy secretary of the Party Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chairman of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, served as the chairman of the conference, and Professor Zhang Bihui, executive vice chairman of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, served as the chairman of the conference organizing committee. The papers hired by the conference will be included in the conference proceedings, and the selected outstanding papers will be awarded certificates by the society and published in batches in the journals "Science Research", "Scientific Research Management" and "Science and Technology Policy Management.

The registration fee for conference representatives is 800 yuan/person, and the registration fee for full-time graduate representatives is 400 yuan/person (excluding accommodation and travel expenses). The deadline for submission and receipt of the full text of the paper is November 10, and the deadline for employment notice and confirmation of participation is November 20, 2010. The requirements for writing papers should be in accordance with the requirements for submission of scientific research.
