It is the first science and technology management research institute in Taiwan. I will reach a basic intention with the institute on jointly holding a cross-strait doctoral forum and other matters. Build a broader platform for exchanges and cooperation between young scholars and scholars on both sides of the strait.

The China Science and Technology Policy Research Association has successfully organized experts and scholars to participate in cross-strait regional development forums three times. At the same time, it has opened up a new cooperation model and exchange platform for young scholars from both sides of the strait, mainly doctoral students. It has carried out a useful attempt for mutual understanding and academic exchanges between the academic circles on both sides of the strait, and establishing a cooperative relationship of mutual trust, mutual benefit and interaction.
