On the morning of September 20, 2011, the 13th China Association for Science and Technology Annual Conference "Development of Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" Special Forum hosted by Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and co-organized by China Science and Technology Policy Research Association was held in Tianjin Shunde Hotel.
The forum revolves around the development of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and on the basis of preliminary research, jointly discusses how to further promote the further rapid development of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin, which is of great significance for speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development, adjusting and optimizing the economic structure, building an innovative city, and promoting the sustained, stable and healthy economic and social development of Tianjin. Experts and scholars attending the meeting exchanged and discussed the effect of government financial support for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, the public policy of technological innovation of international small and medium-sized enterprises, the dynamic mechanism of the development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, the carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship and environmental construction, and the growth experience of successful enterprises.
