Chairman Fang Xin (Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), Vice Chairman Mu Rongping (Director of the Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), and Wang Chunfa (Vice Chairman of the 4th and 5th sessions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences) were elected as members of the 8th National Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.
Chairman Fang Xin continued to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology.
Wang Chunfa served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, and also served as a secretary of the Eighth Secretariat of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.
