In recent years, he has been invited to give dozens of lectures and trainings on innovation and change leadership in governments at all levels and enterprises and institutions such as Haier, Midea, CIMC, Red Star Macalline, Shenzhen Yantian Port, Central Control, and Netnews Group.
He is currently serving as an innovation consultant for domestic and foreign innovative companies such as Netcom Group and Silicon Valley Health Big Data Company HBI, as well as a business mentor such as Plug and Play Hangzhou Incubation Center, Netcom Cube and Yinjiang Incubator.
