Winner: Lee Wan

Comrade Li Wan is a director of the Association and one of the founders of the Special Committee on Technology Foresight. He is currently the director of the Special Committee on Technology Foresight, and the deputy director and researcher of the Shanghai Institute of Science. Since its establishment, the special committee has organized 9 national technology foresight seminars and participated in relevant international foresight exchanges, gradually building an important platform for national technology foresight research and work exchanges, and has played an important role in promoting national technology foresight work. Comrade Li Wan actively participated in the activities and work of the Research Association, the brother special committee and the working committee, and performed his duties as a director well. He has made in-depth research and rich achievements in technology foresight and technology roadmap, scientific and technological innovation planning, scientific and technological system reform, innovation ecology, innovation governance, innovative economy, and the integration of culture and science and technology. In recent years, he has published dozens of articles in scientific research, science and technology management research, learning times, Jiefang Daily, Wen Wei Po and other newspapers, Participated in the publication of many monographs.

Winner: Zhang Chidong

Zhang Chidong is currently the deputy director and researcher of the Institute of Science and Technology System and Management of the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy. After graduation, combined with the development of national innovation policy needs, concentrated on technological innovation theory and enterprise innovation management research. A number of monographs on the characteristics of enterprise technological innovation, innovation evaluation and innovation policy have been published, and the index index and evaluation model of enterprise innovation dependence have become an important tool for the relevant departments of the state to select national innovative enterprises. As a member of the drafting group, he directly participated in the research and formulation of the "National Innovation-driven Development Program" issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.

Zhang Chidong is the young backbone of the Technology Innovation Professional Committee and has been active in previous technological innovation roundtables and forums; he not only actively participated in the research activities organized by the Technology Innovation Committee, but also participated in the parallel forum of the Youth Innovation Forum of the Research Society and the National Science and Technology Evaluation Annual Conference Local Enterprise Management Research Forum, Evaluation Methods and Application Branch Annual Meeting, etc. to communicate and interact with colleagues of the Research Society.
