Xie, Professor of Tongji University, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Advanced Management of Tongji University, winner of the first batch of outstanding youth funds of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. From 1993 to 2000, he studied at Hefei University of Technology and obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering; in 2004, he worked at Xi'an Jiaotong University.

From 1993 to 2000, he studied at Hefei University of Technology and obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering; in 2004, he obtained a doctorate in management from the School of Management of Xi'an Jiaotong University and stayed on as a teacher. He has served as a lecturer, associate professor, professor and other positions. His research focuses on the areas of strategic innovation, organizational network governance, and international business. In 2017, Professor Shane joined Tongji University.
