Huang Peiqing

Huang Peiqing, doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor, was born in October 1946 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. He is a Han and a member of the Democratic League. Graduated from the Department of Radio Electronics (now the Department of Electronic Engineering) of Tsinghua University in February 1970, and was admitted to the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1978,

He graduated from the Department of Radio Electronics of Tsinghua University (now the Department of Electronic Engineering) in February 1970, was admitted to the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1978, and was sent to the Department of Systems Science and Mathematics of the University of Washington (Washington University in St. Louis) in 1979. He was one of the first batch of public students to study in the United States, and obtained master's and doctor's degrees in 1981 and 1984 respectively. After returning to China in 1984, he worked in the School of Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University and served as the executive vice president of the School of Management. Vice President of the Fourth China Science and Technology Policy Research Association.
