Introduction to 1. Annual Meeting and Forum

The first and second sessions of the "Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management Academic Conference" were held at the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013 and 2014, the third session was held at Taiwan's "Tsinghua University" in 2015, and the fourth session was held at Chang 'an University in 2016. The Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management Academic Conference has become an important exchange platform for cross-strait science and technology management academic research, and has played an important role in promoting cross-strait science and technology management academic exchanges, cooperation, development and technology management.
The annual meeting will be held in Guangzhou from November 25 to November 26, 2017 for 2 days. The meeting will invite well-known experts from both sides of the Taiwan Strait in science and technology management, innovation, entrepreneurship and education to make the theme report of the meeting. Relevant researchers are welcome to participate actively and contribute actively.

Requirements for 4. Annual Meeting and Forum

1. Thesis Requirements

Contributions can be made in both Chinese and English. The full text must be submitted. In principle, the length of the paper should be controlled at 5000-10000 words. The writing of the paper should refer to the format requirements of the attachment. Some excellent papers will be recommended for publication in relevant journals.

2. Paper Submission

Send the electronic version to the mailbox of the conference affairs group, and mark the "Fifth Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management Academic Conference and the Fifth Cross-Strait Science and Technology Policy and Management Doctoral Forum" in the subject of the email (please indicate the author's name, Contact unit, address, zip code, telephone or mobile phone, email).

3. Time of submission

Summary submission deadline: September 1, 2017 (Tuesday)
   
Summary acceptance notification date: September 15, 2017 (Friday) (will be notified by email)

Deadline for submission of full text: October 15, 2017 (Sunday)

Deadline for Annual Meeting Registration: November 1, 2017 (Wednesday)

Submission papers are to be published in the academic journals "China Soft Science", "Science Research", "Scientific Research Management", "Science and Science and Technology Management", "Science and Technology Management Research" and "Science and Technology Management Journal" (TSSCI).
