Tian Fu, born in 1924, joined the revolution in January 1938 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1939. He has served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University of Science and Technology of China, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, Member of the Party Group of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, and Secretary of the Secretariat. Comrade Tian Fu has been engaged in science and technology management for a long time. He is committed to the theoretical research of science and technology and scientific research management in my country. He vigorously advocates and promotes the intersection and integration of disciplines, the alliance of natural sciences and social sciences, and the combination of science and culture, especially in leading scientific research and development. And organizational management have made important contributions. As one of the founders of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, Comrade Tian Fu served as the vice chairman of the first council of the society.
